Orders are generally delivered Monday to Friday although Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra charge. Orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until the Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Do you deliver outside UK Mainland? We can arrange for deliveries outside the UK %u2013 Surcharges will also apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Man and Wight - these delivery surcharges are clearly shown when viewing a product and whilst checking out. Why don't you deliver hampers containing fresh items on a Monday? As our Monday deliveries are despatched on a Friday we are unable to ensure that fresh products are maintained at the correct temperature over the weekend.

What is the cut-off time for orders for next day delivery? Orders for delivery next day need to be placed by 12 noon GMT.

What are your delivery times? We deliver during office hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm, so if the recipient is likely to be working, why not ask for the gift to be delivered to their work address? Please note a specific time cannot be given for courier deliveries.
